Happy, happy! Joy, joy! Finally, got the website hosted on a proper server space that was paid for instead of the freebie one my ISP provided. I basically dumped the ISP and got my own e-mail account and everything with my own name. I also set up an e-mail account just for the three of you out there who watch this site with such anticipation and diligence in the hopes that one of your might break down and send me a comment on the site. Try it. Or not if that’s how you’re feeling. The other aspect of the paid hosting service is that I have more space to store my e-mail and the fact that I never have to give it up when I move to a new ISP, which was my dilemma with the old e-mail address. I receive a lot of important things and such by e-mail. Really! Not just spam. I loathed giving it up. I didn’t want the hassle of having to update all the things I subscribe to with the new e-mail address, but recently I’ve been receiving so much spam that even the spam filter put in place by the ISP can’t catch them all. I finally broke down and just did it.
